FLVR Catering, founded by Chef Dave Brown, began in Phoenix, serving upscale catering to esteemed clients. Transitioning to Indianapolis, Chef Dave explored diverse culinary concepts through restaurant incubators—House of Soul Cafe, Sandwich House Cafe, Naptown Hot Chicken, and Orleans Fish Shack.
After five years, Chef Dave strategically merged these concepts into one dynamic catering business—Chef Dave Catering. Committed to exceeding expectations, we set the standard for culinary brilliance, bringing Chef Dave's legendary creations exclusively to the forefront of the catering experience.
